This is a homebrew application which means unlike portals which are runned by Internet Explore offline, this is 'REAL!' What I mean is is that it is run on the PSP itself. So I a talking about a PSP Windows Series. Also, there will be no memory problem with portals had! For the best part,

Steps for DOSBox Package:
1. Download file from http://www.mediafire.com/?opcdnldmdw1 or http://www.sendspace.com/file/47sbvx.
2. Open archive with Zip/RAR utility, like WinRAR or WinZip. Note: The default Windows Zipper does not work with this file, only zip format. (Recommandable utility: Alzip)

3. Connect your PSP to your computer.
4. Go to the root of your Memory Stick.
5. Now go to the file you've downloaded above.
6. Drag the PSP folder to the root of your Memory Stick.
7. Wait for a while then it's done. But wait, it will not be fun unless you put the Windows IMG below.
Steps for Windows 3.1 IMG:

7a.For default Windows Zipper: Right click on w31.img in the zip you opened, click copy, then go back to the DOSBox folder, paste it there.
7b.If your using zip utilities like WinRar, drag the w31.img in the zip file you're opened and in to the DOSBox folder.
8. Wait for a while then it's done.
Steps for Windows 95 IMG:

Basic Keys Instructions:
-Analog Stick: Move the mouse
-L Trigger: Left click
-R Trigger: Right click
Combo Keys Instructions:
-For typing, hold the Digital-left and press x to open the keyboard. Below, there is an image of a keyboard explaining all the keys there are in typing mode.-If you want to boot Windows, press square two times in Window 3.1 and square then triangle for Window 95
Requirements:
-USB Cable
-Offical 1.50 flimware or custom filmware installed
-Memory Stick Pro/Duo
-300+ MB on your Memory Stick Pro/Duo
-0~650 MB on your computer depending how you put it into your PSP
Note that some software doesn't work:
-Window 98 was removed for legal reasons
-Window XP doesn't boot on DOSBox.
